Need a study break? Join the UHS Health Promotion Office on Thursdays in December for a drop-in meditation session. Meditation not only can relieve stress during finals, but can also help you increase focus and improve attention. These are all beneficial results when you’re attempting to study for an exam or write that final paper!
Our drop-in meditation programs will be held in the Douglass Community Room, in room 407 Douglass Hall. Take a seat in a comfy chair and listen to a 20 minute guided meditation. Prior meditation experience is not necessary.
WHEN: Thursday, December 13th and Thursday, December 20th
TIME: 12:00 – 12:30 and 12:30 – 1:00 (come to one or both sessions)
